01 · The brief
A site, a mood, and no master plan yet
A developer with a site, a mood and no master plan yet.
The Louisiana landscape, water, mist, cypress, long dusk, had to be the star, not the backdrop.
02 · Our journey
Atmosphere first
Rather than sketching rides first, we modelled atmosphere: light at four times of day, weather, the sound of the place.
Concept design grew out of that, with a village core, water-borne journeys and a night show that uses the bayou itself as a stage.

A concept package the developer is now using to align partners and investors.
